On fedora install the package named playonlinux-yum available in this directory. After this you can install playonlinux with yum (like any other apps).

Remember that the gpg is only to be sure that package is the same as I send to the server, it's not the package itself

This key is revoked.

The best to import a gpg key is by doing this step under a terminal
gpg --recv-keys <keyID>
